A mobile library is a part of the services from the Agency of Archives and Library to visit its reader using a car. In other words, a mobile library is a library which is brings along its library materials and move from a place to another to give its service. The Agency of Archives and Library of the Bangka Belitung Province have 2 unit mobile libraries. Usually, they do their services by scheduled or can be by request.

On Thursday, February 27, 2020, a mobile library visits State Elementary School 1 Pangkalan Baru. There are 193 students from the total of 373 students who are taking turns to select the reading material starting from level 1 to level 5. For level 6 students, they are having Try Out (TO) for preparing the National Test (UN).

The student favorite books are various such as legendary tales, encyclopedias, and other general knowledge. They are enthusiastic as various books offered add their insight and knowledge plus to their curiosity.
